Initially, we meet with senior management to determine the challenges facing your individual company in order to customize our prorgram to fit your training needs.

No fancy jargon, just straight forward tactics that teach your employees how to immediately understand and relate to others more successfully. After just the initial session, each person will walk away with a new idea or tool to implement right away.

These workshops are based on the People Map™ Personality Type Questionnaire, which can be completed and scored in just minutes.  It allows each participant to instantly identify his/her core personality and it's shadow type. 

Attendees will learn the innate strengths and weaknesses of each type, as well as how to maximize these strengths while transforming the weaknesses into learned strengths. 

Everyone will:

  • understand three important triggers that motivates each   
                particular type.
  • learn their communication style and how they relate to others.
  • gain insight on how others see them and how they view others.
